Facilities at Shieling House
All accommodation is provided unfurnished, fully carpeted throughout with central heating installed across the building. There is 24 hours access available, seven days a week with full use of the facilities within the reception and communal areas.
We offer an onsite private car park with reserved spaces for larger offices. A manned reception Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. For peace of mind we also have an automatic security alarm system throughout the building. High speed internet and communications are available to all tenants for a monthly fee. Tenants can also provide and maintain their own installation of telephone and networking. Office furniture is also available to hire.
Our spacious meeting room can be hired by the hour, half day or full day offering complete flexibility and choice. Tea, coffee and refreshment facilities can be organised as well as in-house catering facilities.
Business Support Services
This is an optional service we also provide at Shieling House to help your business run more efficiently. Full administration, secretarial support, photocopying, mail services, mail collection and greeting guests are available to all tenants within Shieling House - please enquire for more details.
Is inclusive of all rates, water rates, heating, power, office/window cleaning and building insurance. All rents are based on unfurnished accommodation and subject to VAT.
The Small Print
A minimum of 6 months letting period is required. Deposit of one month's rent - refundable on vacating the offices less any outstanding monies for deterioration, damages or rent/business support arrears. Rent is to be paid on 1st of each month in advance. Lettings will be outside the terms and conditions of the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954, and will be subject to a simple legal agreement with no costs being incurred by either party.
